Terms and Conditions for Purchasing Tropical Salou Tickets

  • Minimum Age: The minimum age to enter the nightclub is 18.
  • Personal and Non-Transferable Use: Purchased tickets are for personal use and are non-transferable. The name on the ticket must match the identification presented at the venue entrance. Resale of tickets is strictly prohibited. Access will be denied if the ticket is incomplete, altered, torn, shows signs of forgery, or if the physical or digital ticket itself is not presented.
  • Multiple Purchases: For multiple purchases, the ticket holder must be present to enter the venue. Original identification used for the purchase must be shown, and access will not be permitted in the absence of the ticket holder.
  • Credit Card Presentation: The credit card holder must present at the venue entrance the same card used for payment and a photo ID (driver’s license, national ID, or passport). Photocopies are not accepted.
  • Fraudulent Card Use: In the event that the card used for the purchase was stolen, or the charge was made due to fraudulent or improper use, you must contact info@tropicalsalou.com at least 24 hours before the event. In such a case, the purchased tickets will be canceled.
  • Right of Admission: The venue reserves the right of admission under certain conditions, including but not limited to alcohol consumption, drug or narcotic substance use, or violent behavior. If entry is denied, Tropical Salou will fully refund the ticket amount upon contacting info@tropicalsalou.com.
  • Stolen or Lost Tickets: In case of stolen or lost tickets, please contact info@tropicalsalou.com by email as soon as possible.
  • VIP Area Admission: Purchasers of VIP tickets must be dressed appropriately in elegant attire (tank tops, sandals, or athletic/beach shorts are not permitted); the venue reserves the right to deny admission to the VIP area if these requirements are not met.
  • Refund Policy: Tropical Salou does not offer refunds for purchased tickets. Any changes must be requested prior to the event by contacting info@tropicalsalou.com. No refunds will be issued if Tropical Salou or Tropical Fusion is open.
  • Event Cancellation: In the event of a cancellation, advance notice will be provided via social media, and a full refund of the purchase will be issued.
  • DJ Lineup Changes: The announced DJ lineup may be subject to change.
