Tropical Fusion is a restaurant in Salou where Mediterranean cuisine meets Japan and tropical flavors. We work with fresh products and a menu designed for sharing: freshly prepared sushi, appetizers, fish, meats, and a carefully selected wine list.
Our rice dishes, fish, and meats are cooked in a Josper grill with holm oak charcoal. The selection includes Gadira wild red tuna, red shrimp from Tarragona, and vegetarian options. If you have any allergies or intolerances, please consult with our team in advance.
